Every Wednesday evening, the 5 Spot in Brooklyn turns into a live music haven of spectacular talent as Nate Jones hosts his weekly open mic called TASTE THE STAGE. I hadn’t been through to check it out in over a year, but made it out this past Wednesday with Jay Knocka, AC and Rell Battle from LA. We got there early, stayed til the bitter end & witnessed some incredible talent including Miss Jay on the mic rocking the freestyle, Nate jamming on the bass, countless Grammy nominated artists and songwriters and Rell to finish out the night w a comedy set that had everybody rolling.
